Clarinetist Victor Goines is head of the jazz program at the famed Juilliard School in New York and a frequent performer with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra. He pays tribute to big band leader and clarinetist Artie Shaw and singer Billie Holiday who sang with the band.
