Holiday carols, Santa in his sleigh, chestnuts roasting on an open fire, gingerbread house display, and the “Gardenland Express: Gateway to the West” holiday flower and train show. Don’t miss the 15-foot balsam fir decorated entirely with dry flowers in the Kemper Center for Home Gardening; and Tower Grove House, Henry Shaw's country home, decorated in Victorian holiday style. Mulled cider and hot chocolate served with Christmas cookies and treats. 1 to 5 p.m. Special event admission rates apply after noon: $10 adults, $7 seniors, $3 children and Garden members (members’ children age 12 and under free).
